Myers Farm Condominiums

New Construction
Greenfield, Massachusetts

Part of a three phase development for a historic farm.  Phase one converted the existing farm house into an administrative building for a new charter school.  Phase two set up an APR with the state to put 70% of the farmland into a preserve trust that leaves the land available to local farmers.  Phase three is a 39 unit condo development, geared towards owners 55 and over.  The units are arranged around a courtyard and look outward into private gardens or decks, and the landscape beyond.
