Habitat for Humanity Housing

This project is the result of a unique partnering between Amherst College and the Western Massachusetts chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Amherst College donated the land to build four houses over the course of four years. Kuhn Riddle is provided the design of the prototype houses, which will be based on principals of sustainability. Super-insulated envelope and point source heating provide an economical alternative for affordable housing.
Hampshire College - The Ken Burns Wing

New 6,700 square foot addition to the Jerome Liebling Center for Film, Photography and Video, a part of the Arts Complex at Hampshire College.
MCLA - Berkshire Towers

New street level accessible entrance and expansion of common areas in Berkshire Towers. The Project received an Honor Award for Accessible Design in Public Architecture, from the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board and the Boston Society of Architects.

Onyx Restaurant

Part of the River’s Landing complex, Onyx occupies three levels of the south end of the former Basketball Hall of Fame building. It features an onyx bar, eighteen-screen video wall, and a two-story waterfall.
